Hi, I'm Stefanie Griffith, a Life Coach and Founder of La Belle Vie Coaching in Nashville, TN. Born and raised in Colorado, I moved to Tennessee in 2009. As a curious person, I have always loved to learn. An avid reader and storyteller, I started seeking out deep thinkers and social and spiritual thought leaders in 2012 when I experienced some deep depression during my second pregnancy. After seeking help from my doctor, husband and family, I realized how essential it is to ask for help when we are struggling. I started researching our brains and discovered a love of Neuroscience and mental health. This has led me down a path of personal healing and creativity as well as a study of systemic issues like racism and inequality.
In 2022, I became a Qualified Administrator of the InterCultural Development Inventory (IDI) Assessment. The IDI is a process and assessment in helping individuals and groups learn about how they are at navigating Cultural Differences. I have worked with a few different organizations to support this type of Cultural Learning including: A Sander’s Company, Restore Forward and Black Women's Blueprint.
Since 2021 I've worked with many 1:1 clients doing personal Life Coaching. This includes mental health support as well as working on self-worth and compassion, goal setting and implementing tools and resources tailored to each individual and their personal needs. Allowing space for grief and anger is an important part of the coaching process. I believe that we all are desperately wanting to be seen and as we do this for each other, it helps to heal the world!
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Colorado Mesa University. I also minored in Vocal Performance and still am a lover of music of all styles and has been able to share my love of singing and performing with my husband, Matt, who is a full-time musician and Producer in Nashville. Together, we have 3 daughters who all love music and art and creativity as much as we do!
Being a parent has helped me to learn more about changing generational patterns and healing my own nervous system so I don’t pass on my trauma to my daughters. Re-parenting ourselves and learning to love our whole selves is a gift we give to the next generation. As you heal and connect to yourself, you will allow space for others to heal and connect around you and to you. This will, in turn, heal the world! This is why this work is so important to me and to us all. We are healing the pain and disconnection of a society that is fractured and angry-by design. So, we must design something new.
There are several ways to connect with me. Check them out below! Thank you for being here and showing up for yourself. To heal the world, we must start within.
